How do the descriptions of Castle Dracula fit in with Gothic Literature conventions? (If you don't know what Gothic Literature conventions are, look them up)!!!
Castle Dracula, is in my opinion, the very image of the Gothic Liturature. It is dark, dreary, and full of premature death. It is a place of women who travel through the moon's mist, of abnormal dreams and behavior of a horrid nature, and it is the home of a most despised and despicable man (Dracula). It is considered to be a building of great grandeur that is filled with history. But it is also filled with the unexplained and evil. It is spacious, on the inside and in the outside world around it. These are perfect examples of the Gothic Literature.
